Ed Minnick

President/Owner

Hi there! I'm Ed Minnick, owner of Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning since 2017. I'm proud to say we've been keeping folks cozy in Boulder for over 60 years now! When I'm not behind the desk or chatting it up with one of our long-time clients, you'll find me cheering on the Nuggets, hitting the links, or wrangling my new grandchild (it's a whole new ball game!).

Speaking of keeping things cool (or warm!), there's two golden rules for your home comfort system: regular maintenance and changing those air filters like clockwork. They're the key to keeping your system running smoothly and saving you money in the long run.

Now, my motto comes from the one and only Michael Jordan: "Some people want it to happen, some people wish it would happen, others make it happen." That's how we roll at Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning – we make sure your home comfort happens, season after season.

Hey there! I'm Valerie, and while I may have traded the sunshine of San Diego for all corners of the U.S., Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning feels like home. Why? Because this team is all about keeping your comfort top-notch, even when things get a little toasty or chilly. We're committed to providing exceptional service and doing the right thing for our clients, not necessarily what's fun, fast, or easy (shout out Brene' Brown!). That means finding the best solutions for you, no matter what!

My job here is like turning up the good vibes – I help keep our brand strong, find amazing people to join the team, and brainstorm ways to make Meyers even better for our clients and our awesome team.

Matt Bledsoe

General Manager, Boulder

I'm thrilled to be your General Manager at Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning in Boulder. Been keeping folks comfy in this industry for over 15 years now, and let me tell you, there's nothing more satisfying than perfectly balanced home climate.

When I'm not leading the charge with our awesome team, you'll find me out in the wild – hunting, fishing, camping, you name it! Even a seasoned outdoorsman like me appreciates the importance of a good filter, though. It's like the first line of defense for your heating and cooling system. Change those babies regularly, and your system will thank you for it!

Speaking of wise words, I live by this motto: "It's not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves." Just like climbing a peak, keeping your home comfort on point takes a little effort, but the reward is a breath of fresh (or toasty) air!

Martin Van Westenberg

Operations Manger

Hi, I'm Martin! With over 10 years of experience in every aspect of the field, from installations and service to training technicians, I bring a wealth of knowledge to Meyers.

My focus is ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. I work directly with our field teams, whether it's joining them on a service call, visiting an installation site, or leading training sessions to help them continuously hone their skills.

My mission? Making sure you, our awesome clients, are happy and comfortable. When I'm not training the team or wrangling schedules, you'll find me soaking up all that Colorado offers – from rocking out at concerts to checking out the latest restaurants.
